As regards the assistance to be sxpected
from local levies, it may
be mentioned
that a force of Flunter Artillery
existence

to reach a respectable figure. It would" be disirable to have a school of Instruction attachul, under the superintenden
of the ofrece commanding 18 A., and to give a small gratuity for certificates
